MATCHES/CONDITION/COLOR
All roofing material purchases are to be matched or identified using a photograph or physical sample of the requested roofing material. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure accuracy with regard to proper material identification. Custom Tile Roofing cannot guarantee that the color or weathering of any reclaimed material will match perfectly with the requested roofing material. Custom Tile Roofing takes no responsibility in incorrectly identified materials or quantities. Custom Tile Roofing cannot guarantee that any piece of tile or slate will be free of chipping and/or minor breaks. The buyer assumes the responsibility of understanding that reclaimed materials are being acquired and assumes the risk of purchasing such materials.
WARRANTY
Custom Tile Roofing does not offer any warranties or refunds for the purchase of roofing tile or slate. All purchased roofing materials are sold “as is”.
PAYMENT TERMS
All buyers are to pay 100% of the material, shipping and/or tax costs outlined in the quote upon acceptance of the quote. No shipments or local pickups of roofing materials will be permitted without full payment.
CONSIGNEE DETAILS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide accurate shipping details prior to confirming the order. These details include destination address (including city, state and zip code), company/contact information (including relevant contact name, phone and email) and destination specific information (including residential or commercial designation, necessity for lift-gate etc.). Custom Tile Roofing may charge the consignee with additional delivery charges for services rendered due to inaccurate information.
LEAD/TRANSIT TIMES
Upon full payment for freight shipment orders through Custom Tile Roofing, handling and packaging lead times of 3-5 business days should be expected before transfer to the carrier. All LTL (light truckload) and TL (truckload) shipment transit times can vary from 5-10 business days depending on region, load size and/or destination designation (residential/commercial). Custom Tile Roofing cannot guarantee transit times after the shipment is transferred to the carrier.
INSPECTION
Upon delivery it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to fully inspect all materials received by Custom Tile Roofing. Buyer is to report any breakage during transit within 7 days of material receipt. Any breakage claims are to be reported to the delivering freight company. The delivering freight company is solely responsible for any breakage during transit.
